Health and Wellness (7-day Challenge)

Some would argue that spring is the best time of year; everything come to life, flowers and trees blossom and the sun shines brighter. However, sometimes is hard to get out of that winter rut. If you are looking for a few ways to lighten your mood, and increase your health and wellness, here are a few tips for you.

Day 1 - Think Positive. Come up with one affirmation and repeat it to yourself at least 5 times during the day.

Day 2 - Citrus Bliss can energize your mind and body, as well as reduce stress. Try finding more ways to incorporate this blend into your day. For example, use the bath bar, apply the lotion, or prepare a diffuser with additional uplifting oils.

Day 3 - Let's not underestimate the importance of laughter. Just seven minutes of laughing a day can increase energy levels.

Day 7 - Overall well-being and creative expression are linked. Get creative and try something new, experiment with a new recipe, start a project or a craft, write a poem, or short story.
